Summary of Refund Policy: We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. You must request a return within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns are eligible for either a refund or replacement. We provide prepaid return shipping labels at no cost for accepted returns. Refunds are processed within 10 business days, but it may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. By consenting to FACE TRUE WILL’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of FACE TRUE WILL through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
