Refund policy
Returns and Eligibility
We only accept returns if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item was received. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags).
- Include original packaging and proof of purchase.
If approved, we’ll cover the shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. You may also request a replacement item instead of a refund.
How to Start a Return
Contact facetruewill@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send instructions and a shipping label.
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Exchanges
If you prefer a replacement item, please indicate so when requesting a return. We’ll process the exchange once the defective or damaged item is returned.
Refunds
Once we’ve inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
