Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
- United States: 2-5 business days
- Canada: 7-10 business days
Shipping costs vary based on the weight of your order:
- Shipping Cost: $5.00 - $10.00 (based on item weight)
- Free Shipping: Orders over $70 qualify for free standard shipping.
Refund and Return Policy Summary
We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. You must request a return within 14 days of delivery. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. You can choose either a refund or a replacement item.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. It may take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. For questions, contact facetruewill@gmail.com.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment until delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
- We only ship to United States and Canada.
- No shipping is available to other international destinations at this time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
